peep progression pathway training

aims

The training equips practitioners to:

  • effectively embed the Peep Progression Pathway units (for parents/carers) within your Peep delivery (SCQF credit-rated by SQA in Scotland, accredited by NOCN in the rest of the UK)
  • know how to assess the Peep Progression Pathway units
  • use adult learning principles within your Peep delivery
  • respond to potential barriers to engagement.

who for
Practitioners with relevant experience (eg family/adult learning, family support and/or early years), who have completed our updated Peep Learning Together Programme training (2-day or 1-day Conversion). This course is also suited to volunteers, parents and student placements who support co-delivery of Peep groups.

Note: In Scotland, you have to go through the process of setting up as a delivery centre before attending training. Read more about becoming a delivery centre.
