Peep Assistant – part-time, term-time only - from 2 to 8 hours per week
We'd like to welcome two or more Assistants to help our Peep Practitioners run Peep groups in the Leys, Littlemore and Rose Hill areas of Oxford from September 2019. You need experience of working with or caring for young children and be able to work alongside parents to encourage their involvement in their child’s learning. No qualifications are required – just an enthusiasm for working with children and families, and ideally some experience of the Peep Learning Together Programme. No specific closing date, applications will be considered on receipt.
Training and Qualifications Administrator – part-time 22.5 hours per week
The postholder will join our friendly Training team organising training courses for early years practitioners, and administering qualifications for both practitioners and parents. You need administration experience, a helpful and friendly manner, and excellent IT skills; you will be well organised and able to take initiative. An interest in early education and working for a charity are essential.
Human Resources and Finance Assistant – part-time up to 22 hours per week
The postholder will assist the Finance and Human Resources Manager with staff recruitment, induction, staff records, invoicing and financial records, health and safety and other administrative tasks. You need administration experience, good numeracy and literacy skills, to be well organised and able to take initiative. An interest in developing HR and finance knowledge and skills is essential.
