Vacancies: Peep Practitioners and Assistants in Oxford

Are you interested in a rewarding role working with parents and their very young children - with lots of opportunity for your own learning and development?  Or do you know someone who might be?

Peeple is a charity based in Oxford. Our purpose is to support parents and children to learn together through everyday activities at home. We work directly with families in Oxfordshire and train practitioners from around the UK to deliver our programmes.

We currently have vacancies for Practitioners and Assistants in our frontline delivery to families in Oxford:

  • The role of a Peep Practitioner is to deliver the Peep Learning Together Programme to parents and children in group or 1-to-1 sessions. Full training will be provided. You will also help in publicising our services to parents and supporting them to participate in the services we offer.

  • Peep Assistants work closely with practitioners. You will play a vital role enabling our group sessions to run smoothly, welcoming parents and children, and helping to set up and tidy away everything at the end of the session.

Interested?  We would love to hear from you!  If you would like to find out more, please contact  Carey Hope on  01865 592569  or  email  jobs@peeple.org.uk

  • Hours:   6-15 hours per week
  • Hourly rate:   between £11.44 - £12.98 p/h
  • Location:   Littlemore, Rose Hill and The Leys areas of Oxford
  • Closing date:   We will operate a ‘rolling recruitment’ process, considering each application as received until an appointment is made.
