Chief Executive Officer: Sally Smith

Sally leads the staff team, develops collaborative relationships with others working in our sector, and is responsible for the strategic direction and financial management of Peeple. She has been CEO since 2011 and has worked for the organisation since 2006. Sally has a background in research, including at the Department of Education at the University of Oxford. Her doctoral thesis was about the origins and uses of the ORIM framework (which underpins the Peep Learning Together Programme).    t 01865 395145   twitter: @Peeple_Sally 

Finance and Human Resources Manager: Janet Sly
Janet manages our finance, legal and HR functions, overseeing financial planning and monitoring systems. Janet has worked at Peeple for fifteen years. She has an MA in Human Resources Management, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Her previous work includes human resources, training and development work at Oxfam.  t 01865 397978

Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager: Katy Baker
Katy leads on developing, supporting and monitoring the internal quality systems underpinning the training and delivery of Peep programmes, and managing and quality assuring all aspects of the practitioner and parent/ carer qualifications. She has worked in various roles at Peeple over the past ten years, and has a background in early years education, adult and family learning.  m 07825 775459    

Training and Support Manager: Charlotte Holmes
Charlotte leads on supporting organisations and local authorities (in England, Wales and Ireland) to use Peep programmes, and on the Peep training systems and support which underlie this. Development Manager (Scotland): Lyn Patterson
Lyn leads on the development of Peep programmes across Scotland, delivers training, and inducts and support trainers across Scotland and internationally. She joined Peeple in 2015, having worked in community learning and development for many years, and has a particular interest in early intervention and emotional health. In her spare time, Lyn enjoys walking, playing the piano, listening to music and offering short term care as a foster carer.     m  07767 169539   twitter: @PeepleLyn  

Family Learning Scotland Lead: Liz Ersoy
Liz has worked within early learning, child care and family support in Edinburgh for 30 years, both with children and families and in staff training, leadership and management, strategically developing and implementing a wide range of services which support children and families within their communities. She has been a freelance Peep trainer for several years, and in 2019 became Peeple's Policy Officer for Scotland. In January 2020 she began leading on the Family Learning Scotland project, with a focus on improving outcomes. Her other interests often involves being outdoors - walking and being busy in the garden whatever the weather, as well as music with her family.   m 07483 119 866

Qualifications Manager (Scotland): Denise Millan
Denise leads on the Peep Progression Pathway in Scotland, a range of parent/carer qualifications that are SCQF credit-rated by SQA.  She supports organisations to set up as delivery centres, delivers training and works with Scottish colleges to develop progression routes for parents and carers. Denise joined Peeple in 2015 and previously worked in the voluntary sector delivering accredited learning. In Denise’s spare time she enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her two children.     m 07442 500693

Training Administrators and Trainers

We have a network of trainers based around the UK and Ireland who work for Peeple on a sessional basis. Our trainers are experienced in working with families, and in using the Peep Learning Together Programme. Several of our trainers also co-ordinate delivery of the Programme within their area and deliver the training locally within a Peeple Training and Support Agreement.

Project Manager - Oxfordshire delivery: Helen Stroudley
​Helen co-manages local Peep delivery, including with local health, education, foster care and community services. Helen has delivered Peep programmes for over ten years, and has previous experience as a nursery nurse (NNEB) in the private and state sectors. She co-developed and delivers the Peep Antenatal Programme Training and Early Communication Matters Training.    t 01865 397971

Early Education and Childcare Manager: Lindsey Hart
Lindsey manages our Little Peeple Nursery. She is an experienced NNEB and has set up and managed day nurseries at the local school and FE college, where she also lectured in Childcare and Education. Since joining Peeple in 2009, Lindsey has managed the Red Kite Children’s Centre in Thame and completed her NPQICL.  t 01865 397972
