Sally has been CEO since 2011 and has worked for the organisation since 2006. She leads the staff team, develops collaborative relationships with others working in our sector, and is responsible for the strategic direction and financial management of Peeple. Sally has a background in research, including six years as a Research Officer in the Department of Education at Oxford University. Her doctoral thesis was about the origins and uses of the ORIM framework (which underpins the Peep Learning Together Programme).

Carly Glover: Policy Officer
Carly joined Peeple in 2013 and coordinated the development of the Peep Progression Pathway. Her current role involves using Peep practice and research to influence policy and distilling policy to share current relevant priorities with stakeholders. Charlotte Holmes: Communications Manager
Charlotte leads on communications and marketing, maintaining contact and sharing good practice with organisations and local authorities who already use Peep programmes, and helping to spread the message to others. She manages Peeple’s website and other communication channels, and is involved in integrating research, evaluation and policy into the development of Peeple’s work. Denise Millan: Qualifications Coordinator
Denise joined Peeple in 2015 and leads on the Peep Progression Pathway, our range of parent/carer qualifications offered at three levels that are delivered in a Peep group setting, while parents/carers and children learn together. She is looking to develop progression routes for parents into college, volunteering and employment, and will be involved in the development of the Peep Progression Pathway at SCQF Level 7, for parents/carers and practitioners. Lyn Rutherford: Scottish Development Coordinator
Lyn has been in post since April 2015. She has worked in a variety of community based roles for over 18 years. The majority of her work has been supporting young people’s emotional well-being and in community development roles. She is a Scottish Mental Health First Aid trainer and has a strong interest in community capacity building. She has a degree in Social Sciences and Health Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Community Education.

Helen Stroudley: Project Manager
Helen Stroudley manages delivery of Peeple Centre services in Oxfordshire, including the Early Language Support contract with the NHS Foundation Trust and Service Level Agreements with local children’s centres. Helen is a very experienced Peep practitioner with previous experience as a nursery nurse (NNEB) in both private and state sectors. She has delivered Peep in the Leys area of Oxford for over ten years. Helen is also a Peep trainer and has been involved in developing training courses, including the Peep Antenatal Programme training and Early Communication Matters training.

Janet Sly: Finance and Human Resources Manager
Janet has worked at Peeple for fifteen years, and manages our finance, legal and HR functions, overseeing financial planning and monitoring systems. Janet has an MA in Human Resources Management, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Lindsey Hart: Project Manager
Along with Helen, Lindsey manages local delivery, including the Peep Pre-school. She is an experienced NNEB and has set up and managed day nurseries at the local school and FE college, where she also lectured in Childcare and Education. Since joining Peeple in 2009, Lindsey has managed the Red Kite Children’s Centre in Thame and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL). She has co-developed Peep training courses and is an experienced Peep trainer. Lindsey is an Internal Verifier for parents’ OCN portfolios from around the country and is the Peep City and Guilds Co-ordinator.

Marie Mackenzie: Training Manager
Marie manages, develops and delivers Peep training, as well as supporting Peep trainers. She joined Peeple in 2012. She is an experienced Early Years practitioner, with a degree in Early Years Education and Care, and a qualified adult education lecturer, delivering child care and education courses in further education for many years. She is a Quality Assurer for Peep parents’ OCN qualifications portfolios from around the country, and for practitioner accreditation awarded by City and Guilds.

We have a network of trainers based around the UK and Ireland who work for Peeple on a sessional basis. Our trainers are experienced in working with families, and in using the Peep Learning Together programme. Many of our trainers also manage delivery of the programme within their area.
At the Peeple Centre, we have a team of experienced Peep practitioners who work with our local families, practitioners and settings including the Peep Pre-school. We are supported by our willing and able administrators.
